Sbahle Mpisane (born 18 June 1993) is a famous and respected South African fitness enthusiast and TV personality. 

She is the current head of a South African-based fitness training program. Sbahle Mpisane gained massive recognition due to her numerous fitness videos and her family background.

Early Life and Education

Sbahle Mpisane was born on the 18th of June 1993 in Durban, South Africa. She grew up with her father, Sbu Mpisane, and her late mother, whose real name is not mentioned.

Sbahle Mpisane is one of the four children from the Mpisane family. She gained massive recognition due to her family background as her father is a popular and well-respected businessman.

Even though Sbahle’s mother died when she was still young, her stepmother Shawn Mpisane helped take care of her, and till today Sbahle credits her with partly contributing to her uprising. 

She graduated with a degree in Housing and Town Planning from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Career

Sbahle Mpisane is said to have had a severe personal issue with her appearance. This is considered one of the reasons why she was interested in fitness. 

Sbahle Mpisane started her career in fitness while studying at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

She initially wanted to get her shape in order but decided to consider it a business. She famously earned the nickname “Mzansi’s Fitness Bunnie” and has an active fitness program in South Africa. Sbahle Mpisane is well recognized and has earned herself some awards, including Woman of The Year by Glamour Magazine.
