Shauwn Mkhize (born April 6) is a businesswoman from KwaZulu-Natal and one of the most influential/richest black women in present-day South Africa.
Shauwn Mkhize Biography
Shauwn Mkhize was born in KwaZulu-Natal to Florence Mkhize, an anti-apartheid activist and ANC veteran. Although her mother is dead now, she remains an integral part of the struggle against apartheid in South Africa.
The Florence Mkhize’s Building in the eThekwini Municipality of Durban CBD is named after Florence Mkhize to eulogize her. Shauwn has a diploma in Accounting from ML Sultan Technikon, now known as the Durban University of Technology in the present day.

She was married to Sbu Mpisane, but they later divorced in 2019. Meanwhile, before the divorce, Sbu Mpisane already had a daughter from another woman, Sbahle Mpisane. When the pair married, Sbu’s daughter was six (6) years of age.
